Milo was great. He explained the possible reasons for the problem after he listened to my experiences. He also took the time to explain how various parts of the system work so I have a better understanding of it, plus pointed out various issues that could arise because of its age. He also suggested adding a capacitor to help reduce the start up stress on the AC compressor so hopefully it will last longer. Milo was knowledgeable, friendly, and efficient in finding and fixing the problem. However, Milo had to come back later the same day as the AC was still having problems. He was determined to figure out the issue and even when he thought it was an electrical issue requiring an electrician, he didn’t stop then. He checked everything again and discovered a broken power switch. They were very responsive and replaced my 25 y-o water heating tank that started leaking 2 days before I had to leave for a trip the day after I called. Expert work. Three other outfits looked at our AC problem and were unable to diagnose the problem with certainty. When Brothers sent Jared out, he was able to determine the issue and give us an accurate cost estimate right away.
